We at Organzae, process and dispatch your order within 24-36 hours of your order confirmation. If you have set up an account with our website then you will be provided with updates concerning the shipping of your product. You are requested to stay available on the contact provided by you in order to ensure smooth delivery of your product.

Please note that if the items are unfit for shipping due to any reason, they will either not be shipped at all or shipped partially.
